The more i looked at the pages of my PDF so far, the more i was disliking the fact that each piece of design was placed on a plain white background/had a plain white border around it. Granted this does help each piece stand out, but it was beginning to get on my nerves. Created a fresh batch of artwork today for my PDF, well pleased with them all (for once!) Working with just song titles was definitely a good decision as there is a lot more choice with the letters. This kinda works out to be a disadvantage too as it means I have more than 1 choice for each letter, and need to make sure I pick a good one to work with when creating each piece. Pdf has suffered a slight set back as rather than continue with the rest of the letters, I went back to the first few I'd already done & completely re-did them all!!! The whole subversion/weird layout thing is coming along alright at the moment, and after spending about half hour trying to figure out how to do ONE THING in illustrator, then finding out that it was incredibly easy to do within 5 minutes when I finally decided to try it in photoshop (DON'T ASK!)
